Covid Campaign For Non-Profit

 At 360 AV Design, we are committed to helping those around us (it's actually in our mission statement).   In addition to volunteering within the local community, we are committed to our event community as well.   

We know the devastation COVID-19 has brought to the events community and our non-profit families.

In an effort to help where we can, the “360 Gives Back” Campaign will be Donating All AV from one of our 501c3 eligible events executed in 2020! 

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Must Be Classified as a 501c3

• Signed Contract Between: 5/1/2020 - 10/1/2020

• Event Must Take Place Between: 6/1/2020 - 12/21/2020

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• One gala will be selected at random via Facebook Live

• Drawing will be held on 12/21/2020

• Selected 501c3 organization will receive a full refund check for the AV portion of their event

• The refund check will be hand delivered on 12/28/2020

• Email us for availability as space is limited on number of events per day

• You do not have to be a current or pre-existing client

•  Current Clients with Signed Contracts are Eligible to Participate.  Please contact us to let us know you are interested in participating. 

COVID-19 has been devastating to so many.  To add insult to injury, those putting their health at risk and sacrificing their time with those they love are having to postpone or cancel their special day. We understand how hard is it to make that decision (as we've had to postpone our day too).  

The "360 Gives Back" Campaign will also be assisting those that have stood on the front lines to ensure we can do our part by staying home! That's why on top of giving Essential Personnel Discounts on wedding quotes, we are also giving away all AV products and services for one of our weddings executed in 2020!

• Must be ACTIVE Essential Personnel helping our community move forward. Essential Personnel includes Doctor, Nurse, Police, Fire, EMTs, Restaurant & Grocery Store Staff

• Signed Contract Between: 5/1/2020 - 10/1/2020
